  2. Địnhnghĩa • Khitrẻsơsinhcómứcđườnghuyết < 40mg/dl ở bấtcứthờiđiểmnào. • Trongnhữnggiờđầusausanh, trẻbìnhthườngkhôngtriệuchứngcóthểcómứcđườnghuyếtthoáng qua 30mg/dl vàtựtănglênhoặctăngsaukhiđượcchobú. Nhữngtrẻnàycótiênlượngtốt.

  3. Nguyênnhânvàyếutốnguycơ • Nồngđộ glucose máubàothai = 80% máumẹ, glucose khuếchtán qua nhautừmẹ sang con, dựtrữdưới 2 dạngchính. • Glycogen/gan, cơtim: bắtđầutừtuần 36. • Mỡdướida, nơikhác: bắtđầutừtuần 28 – 30. •  2 nhómnguyênnhânchínhgâyhạđườnghuyết ở trẻsơsinh: • Khodựtrữ glycogen khôngđủ. • Nồngđộinsulinemáucao.

  4. Pháthiện • Pháthiệnchủyếudựavàobệnhsửvàcáctriệuchứnglâmsàng: • Tiềnsử: trẻcómẹbịbệnhđáitháođường, trẻbúkhôngđủsữa. • Lâmsàng: libì, giảmtrươnglựccơ, run giật chi, co giật, búyếu, ítvậnđộng, cóthểbịngưngthở, hạthânnhiệt, hônmê.

  5. Xửtrí • Cắtcơngiật, nếucóco giật • Tùymứcđộhạđườnghuyếtmàxửtrí: búmẹ, choănbằngmuỗng, qua thôngdạdày, tiêmhoặctruyềntĩnhmạch glucose. • Xửtrícácrốiloạnkèmtheo. • Giữấmtrẻ • Nếuđãđiềutrịmàđườnghuyếtvẫnthấpsau 2 lầnthửhoặccódấuhiệubệnhnặnghơnthìchuyểnlêntuyếntrên.
