Contiguous to the City on north and west. • Only access in through the Beltway Commerce Center PD (which is inside the City limits). • Beltway Commerce Center is to construct a private two-lane road built to public street standards, extending from Lee Vista Blvd. south to the property line (which shall also be available as access to the Vista Commerce Park). • Property can only be developed consistent with FUDS protocol. • City is not financially responsible for cleanup associated with this site.
