C/S/A Reach Back • C/S/A G-TSCMIS POCs must be speak on behalf • of all G-TSCMIS-related issues for the C/S/A • Current and upcoming discussions require a • comprehensive understanding of how different • aspects of G-TSCMIS will be used/needed by • different communities at C/S/As • It’s the responsibility of the C/S/A G-TSCMIS • POCs to reach back to those different communities • with the C/S/A UNCLASSIFIED

C/S/A Reach Back Example 1 • Information needs – what do C/S/As need from DSAMS/SAN or OHASIS? • C/S/A G-TSCMIS POC C/S/A FMS POC(s) • The G-TSCMIS POC must reach back within • his/her organization to the FMS and HA POC(s) to • understand the information needed. Reach Back This requirement needs to be articulated to J6 NLT July 30. UNCLASSIFIED

C/S/A Reach Back Example 2 • Event Planning Process Discussion • C/S/A G-TSCMIS POC C/S/A Planning POC(s) • The G-TSCMIS POC must reach back within his/her organization to the Planning POC(s) to understand the need. COI Collaboration Site • The COI collaboration site will be a one-stop-shop for the G-TSCMIS COI. • Provides a secure location to store, manage and • collaborate internal working material (meeting slides, minutes) • Master calendar with notification capabilities • News/updates section with notifications • Collaboration site selection in work • Target date for usage – September 2013 UNCLASSIFIED

Event Planning Process Meeting • Objective: Develop a common event planning process for G-TSCMIS • Implemented as a business process • Automated by Release 2 • Request for input regarding each C/S/A’s process milestones NLT July 19. • Using the input submitted, we will compile and present at the meeting. Will discuss the commonalities and differences in processes and determine the best common process for the system. • Meeting details: • August 1st from 1300-1500 at DSCA (VTC will be available for non-NCR • organizations) • Two representatives per C/S/A. It is imperative that whomever represents your C/S/A be able to fully represent your C/S/A’s planning processes. UNCLASSIFIED

R2 Requirements Assistance • On 5 June, we requested your input on three requirements (71, 72, 49) • Format for a “Fact Sheet” • Reports that have required formatting • format for standard visual presentation documents (e.g., Power Point) • On 27 June we requested a final review of example formats received and submitted to PMO. Also, requested additional input on ADS data requirements for R2 (OHASIS, DSAMS, JCRM, GFM-DI, JTIMS). • Next step: Working with PMO/DSCA/SE Team to work through the details and provide updated OV-7 and additional sample reports per recommendations received beyond requirements 71, 72, 49.
