  1. Game Storyline In the game Mario is invited to Peach’s castle for some cake. Unfortunately when he arrives he finds that Bowser has taken over the castle by taking and hiding 120 “power stars” all throughout the worlds which can be accessed through the castle’s paintings. Each world is open for the player to explore with a few stars hidden randomly across the map.

  2. FACTS -Game was released June 23, 1996 in Japan. -Over 11 million copies have been sold. -In the game you play as Mario and battle monsters -Overall It’s an awesome game

  4. More info • In 1981, Jumpman (Mario’s original name), appeared first in the game Donkey Kong. • In 1982, Donkey Kong Junior was released, The only game that Mario played an antagonist role in. • These two games were the inspiration of many games to come, including Super Mario 64.
