Strategies and Action Plans to meet Target • Protective: • Continuously give assistance of technical expertise in painting system to Petronas Technical Head Mr. William Cabibil; • Monitor upcoming project of Phoenix Petroleum & give technical assistance of the proper painting system specially in Chemical storage tank; • Build relationship with Mr. Mark Basan, the Regional Manager of Mabuhay Vinyl Corp and make business plan for the requirements of HCL wherein we would offer Chemflake Special; • Visit at site in Taganito for the maintenance of Visayas Slake Lime Corp. • Develop more potential projects in Cebu & Mindanao area.
Strategies and Action Plans to meet Target • MARINE • SEEN Sam Shipping, need more visibility in the office and yard to build more relationship with the owner Mr. Benson Go. His nephew Mr. Simon Go will replace Jun Buenaflor as the Maintenance head of the company; • Golden Star Pacific Trade and AVIVA Pacific: This is a family-owned company with strong Chugoku customer. But they have a present claim with Chugoku (MV Golden Mercury). I need to build relationship for the two. The President and the ship superintendent for more chances of winning the project; • Conduct on-board maintenance Paint School to every client.
Supports Needed • Protective & Marine: • Ask assistance from Sir Chay and Sir Bob to visit my client whose main office is located in Manila (Golden Star Pacific/ Aviva Pacific, & Phoenix Petroleum Philippines); • Ask coating advisor to monitor the incoming dry docking. • Shorten the lead time delivery from Manila to Cebu. (Currently 10-15 days from Manila to Cebu)
