Leadership Action Plans Description and Contents The Individual Leadership Action Plans provide structure and specific responsibilities for the leaders and managers to support and participate in the project/initiative. Assignment of tasks to Stakeholders creates an actionable and productive way for leaders and managers to support the project. The actions will vary for each role within the organization depending on the scope of the project and the impact on each respective leaders’ organization. Contents: • Action Plan – role specific tasks for each leader/manager • Timeline – align tasks to support the project timeline and relevancy for each leader/organization • Tools and Support – information or content to aid in leaders’ tasks • Follow Up – next steps on plan to ensure fulfillment
