Project Development III: Technical Requirements to fill in the Project Application Form • Follow instructions • Fill in only WHITE fields • Keep the language easy to understand • No ERROR messages (section II.2. Lead Partner’s signature) • Print entire AF and submit bounded • Use MS Excel Windows to fill in the Application Form 6

Submitting of Project Application II Project applications submitted after the set deadline will not be assessed. • By post– date of postal stamp – no later than 12 February 2010 or personally bring the documents to the Secretariat in Riga, Ausekla 14-8, until 12 February 2010 at 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and • By e-mail until 12 February 2010 at 2:00 p.m. • as e-document, signed by valid electronic signature(only Application Form) 8
