Who we are Key services are aimed at:- • These difficulties can arise because clients are not a priority for the statutory housing, health and social services as may be the case with a homeless single person who is not considered to be vulnerable, or they may arise because the behaviour and life-style of clients has led to exclusion from these services as may be the case with a client with a chronic alcohol or drug misuse problem. • The range of services being delivered throughout the Yorkshire region includes: • supported housing, • day centre services (including food, advice, outreach and onward referral), • ‘floating support’ / home support services, • residential care services, • training and social enterprise development. refugees people with complex needs people with mental health problems teenage parents and pregnant teenagers gypsies and travellers homeless people including those who are sleeping rough young people at risk of homelessness people with drug and alcohol problems
