Private Facility Homepage • Only accessible by those registered (must have “.mil” account) • Customizable pages (homepage view, documents, links, etc) • Access to required BUMED EMS training
EMX User Types • “Default” User (most people) • Users w/ specific but limited permissions (e.g., contractor that posts weekly report; chemical inventory database user) • “Manager” level (e.g., HW program manager) • “Facility Administrator” (1 @ each facility)
Default View • All new users see this view • HOME & TASKS menus • 6 Submenus, customizable by the facility • BUMED EMS training on left • ISO required Emergency on left • BUMED Bulletin (shared documents, pertinent info from BUMED, EMX User Guides)
Alerts • System alerts • Found at TASKS>Messages>Calendar • Query available here and other places in system to help you find items • Emailed alerts • Sent to the email you registered with • Provides a link to place in system
