雷射光學滑鼠之原理 LED Laser

特性說明 • 本組件由850nm 雷射二極體(LD), LD固定基座(含lens),LD功率偵測二極體(PD)及APC IC(自動功率控制IC)及ST LD MCU+CMOS組合而成. • 本組件中的LD是採用Vcsel (面射型雷射)技術生成,具有1.5mA低的啟動電流. • 本組件經由PD偵測LD的功率,再經由APC線路,可對任何LD功率作自動調整功能,因此生產時LD無需作細部的分類工作. • 本組件中ST LD MCU+CMOS為1600DPI,當左右鍵同按時,可切換成800DPI. • 本組件中的APC IC具有2.4V到5.5V寬闊的工作電壓範圍. • 使用本LD組件,滑鼠可在厚5mm玻璃上正常滑動. • 採用本組件,母板零件少,生產組裝容易.

組件特性說明 • 850nm LD 本LD是採用TO包裝方式,具有散熱容易及光斑穩定的特性. • PD • 由於PD需要放在靠近CMOS的地區,所以採用1206的SMD包裝方式,直接貼在PCB的背面靠近CMOS的光感應區.貼片時是綠點為VCC正端. • APC IC 本組件中的APC IC把PD的訊號經由內部的AD線路轉換成數位訊號,IC內部的程式根據所得的數位值計算出相對應的LD控制流值輸出以控制LD的功率在一定的範圍內
