What HOOAH’s All About Mission Who We Are Our Purpose • Increase community awareness, individual involvement, and private sector participation by shining a consistent spotlight on the needs of Wounded Warriors and their Families in Leavenworth and the surrounding counties in Kansas and Missouri. • A service program helping all Wounded Warriors and their Families in Leavenworth and the surrounding Counties in Kansas and Missouri; spearheaded by the Henry Leavenworth Chapter (HLC) of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA). • Identify and tackle the most pressing, unmet needs of Wounded Warriors and their Families. • Increase community awareness, individual involvement, and private sector participation. • Sponsor our local Warrior Transition Unit, Still Serving Veterans (SSV), and similar assistance programs.

Objectives Organize Advocate Educate Inform Ask Donate Grant Partner Sponsor Expand • Build a network of Partners, Advocates, Volunteers, and Sponsors to identify and serve the needs of Wounded Warriors and their Families. • Participate in multiple public and private venues. • Excite the public; increase community awareness. • Conduct Wounded Warrior Symposiums. • Find the most pressing issues in our community. • Establish / maintain a donation network. • Raise $100,000 in our first year. • Money, hours, and in-kind to our partners. • Sponsor unique, sanctioned programs & services. • Support to programs, events, and individuals. • Individual, Business, public / private organizations. • Uncover unmet needs; find new partners and sponsors; increase our reach.
