Injuries in the Barren River District • During 2001, 21,438 Barren River District residents sought care for treatment of injuries from area hospital emergency departments. • Counties in the Barren River District are Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Hart, Logan, Metcalfe, Simpson and Warren. • Participating hospitals include: TJ Samson Community Hospital; The Medical Centers at Bowling Green, Franklin and Scottsville; Greenview Regional Hospital; and Logan Memorial Hospital.
