PROPOSED RIGHT OF WAY DESIGN • 3106.3 Construction Limits • Defines minimum R/W required. • Drawn +/- four feet beyond intersection of proposed back or fill slope and ex. ground line. • Will include removal of any item inside proposed limits; signs, parking areas, structures, trees, (may include root system outside right of way limits)
