  1. Cohort 48– OCPM Final Presentations A Framework-Transitioning High Risk Offenders (ODRC) Develop and pilot a staff/peer driven Therapeutic Community Model Program for high security inmates. Currently, there is nothing offered and would be the first in the country to address this issue. Electronic Quoting System (ODOT) Implement an online quoting system for non-contract purchases of more than $2500 and less than $25000 to reduce abuse within system. (2 State Auditor investigations) Case Management for Ohio’s Underpaid Employees (ODOC) Create the framework for a case management database that would effectively and efficiently track all facets of a wage related investigation, from the compliant state to the payment of any wages collected. This would replace a temporary system created in 1998 which is still in use. Pollinator Habitat (ODOT) Use non-developed land, within the right-of-way owned by the State of Ohio, to provide a much needed food source for pollinators such as the honey bee to support and improve their survival.
