He lately is feeling very stressed and uncertain about the future and his overall health. • 56 yr old • Type 2 Diabetes & Hypertension Hx • Follows diabetic diet 80% of the time • Works out twice a week • Compliant with medications • Voices fears of increased risk for heart failure and stroke in future due to diabetes. • Stressed about state of the country, money, family
