Overview • PSN vendor University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC) has partnered with a British software company “Datix”. • Goal: enhance current patient safety event tracking platform-PSN. • All PSN customers must convert to a new event reporting platform “Safety Intelligence”. (will retain current name “Patient Safety Net”)

Access • Sign on using AMC account, can log in using PSN Icon on SCCA Desktops • Access via link : https://safetynet.medical.washington.edu/Datix/Live/index.php?action=newdif1&module=INC • Log in to UWMC Intranet using AMC account and navigate to PSN (guide available) • Fill out down time form and send to ptsafety@seattlecca.org or mailstop LG-600
