  4. Summit Bechtel Reserve Facts • No Pavement, No Shuttle Bus, No Personal Vehicles • The Jamboree will provide all the Equipment, tents, cooking etc. • We Bring: Duffel Bags, Sleeping Bags, Day packs • Cooking Troop Style

Old Colony Council • Sending 8 Troops & 3 Venture Crews • Each Troop 40 members • (1 SM, 2 ASM over 21, 1 ASM 18-21, 36 Youth) • Each Crew 10 members • (2 Advisors, 8 Youth) • Leader Requirements • Trained in their position, Wilderness First Aid • Boy Scout Youth Requirements • First Class Rank and 12 years old at Jambo • Venturing Youth Requirements • 14 years old at Jamboree

  13. Old Colony Council • Travel Plans in process • 1 1/2 Day in Washington, DC before Jamboree • Stop at Pennsylvania amusement park after Jamboree • Shakedown mandatory • Cost • Youth $1800 • Adult $1250

  14. Next Steps • Apply, summit.scouting.org, create an account, link it to your “myscouting” account, save and print “Request to Attend” form. • Fill out form, obtain required signatures and submit form to Council • Submit $300 deposit
