Key Initiatives: Employees Health and Improvement STEPATHLON 2015 : An Initiative for Lifestyle management Increased Fitness Levels: 57.14%of Tata SteelStepathletes participated for their fitness level while39.86%of all participating Stepathletes increased their fitness levels during Stepathlon 2015 Doctor @Doorstep: Initiative to help employees of the high risk cases who are more prone for complications like kidney failure, heart attack, stroke etc. Critical Care Ambulance with life supporting facilities Treatment right from the place of incident
