  2. What Does the Office Staff Do? • Help students and staff • Answer phones • Assist parents • Paperwork: discipline, attendance • Order materials & supplies • Answer questions • Input information into the computer

  3. Show Respect: Use quiet voices. (volume level 0 -1)

  4. Wait Patiently • Keep comments to yourself • Acknowledge and greet others

  5. Be Polite to Staff • Look adults in the eye when speaking • Say “Please” and “Thank you” • Say “Hello” or “Good Morning”

  6. Who Can I Talk to for Help? Office Staff Only: • Secretaries • Administrators • Nurses • Health aides • Counselors • Additional staff

  7. Make Great Decisions: Go directly to and from the office with a pass. Where’s your PASS?! GO AWAY!

  8. Make Great Decisions • STOP, LOOK and LISTEN when spoken to by adults

  9. Uh OH! Make Great Decisions: Enter and exit through main lobby doors for all office visits

  10. Keep Hands, Feet, and Objects to Self • Respect other’s personal space • Ask permission before using office supplies • Keep materials to yourself

  11. WAIT! While Seated • Keep both feet on the floor • Keep all four legs of the chair on the floor • Use only one chair at a time • Wait patiently for your turn
