On Broadway! • Docents are the “narrators” • A person from the audience plays the “patient” • Vendors are actors playing the “clinicians” • Eg. Dr. Jones, the Cardiologist • not to confuse with Profile "Actors"
The L.A. Story: Act1, Scene 1 • The play has Scenes • A point in time when something happens • Eg physician sees patient in his office • The scenes are combined to build Acts • Short sequence of Scenes • The Acts combine to form a Story • This year, a series of loosely-woven clinical themes • Vendors act in the play as Cast members • New York cast; LA cast; etc. • An Act, a Scene and a Cast bind to form a Showing • The audience is led by a docent through a Showing
