Renewal form signed by Superintendent based on completion of professional development plan 3. $80 fee (usually provided by candidate) and renewal form submitted • Must be postmarked prior to July 1, 2002 • After June 30, 2002 – late fee applies
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION • Educators teaching under a Professional Certificate must be a part of Master Plan but DO NOT need to be recertified.
