3. Overview of 2007 MFN accomplished many milestone in 2007. Here are just a few.
We staffed the MFN AT OPORD for AO and GO chop. Additionally we adjudicate comments and the order is going to CMFN for his signature.
MFN and the SEC conducted its first Virtual Program Review and submitted results to US NC. The virtual Program Review gave the CMDR of NC a snapshot of the Marine Readiness In support of keeping to the tri-annual on-site AT Program Reviews MARFORNORTH had the Supporting Establishment commands conduct “Virtual Antiterrorism Program Reviews” These review documents as well as the quarterly FP Readiness reports provides the Commander with visibility on FP concerns and challenges. Finalized and submitted first round of Virtual Program Reviews.
In 2007 MFN reviewed a total of 65 CbT-RIF Submissions. Of these submissions 44 were eligible for submission to NC/JS. Of the $14.5 Mil that NC received, MFN was awarded $4.1Mil. Another $1.5 M was awarded, but alter turned back. Processed 65 Cbt-RIF submissions and received $4.1 in funding for the SECs.
Participate in two National level CBRNE exercises Ardent Sentry and Vigilent Shield. Additionally, MFN held Two CPX in which Two SEC participated.
Aided in the construct of the AT Program and FP responsibility of MARADMIN 422/07.
Provided subject Matter Expert to SEC during Program Reviews and Staff Assist Visits.

Mfn will continue to support and provide help to those AT program that have deficiencies. Additionally, MFN will continue to seek Level 4 qoutas and advocate on the Marine Corps behalf.
This year MFN will conduct 3 CBRNE TTXs Naval War College, New port Rhode Islands. This exercise are in preparations for NLE 1 and 2 vigilent shield Ardent Sentry.
Quarterly, MFN will exercise Blue darts to test SECs capabilities to communicate short notice threat warnings.
MFN will assist MARFORSOUTH in its AT development. Starting with a Program Review within the next few months.
Help HQMC develop the content and publish the NAVMC 3302.
