Directions to AMC Headquarters at Fort Belvoir, VA (*Vehicles without a DOD sticker MUST enter through Tulley Gate) http://www.belvoir.army.mil/directions.asp *Access onto Fort Belvoir Visitors who wish to enter Fort Belvoir who do not have a vehicle with a Department of Defense decal must stop at the Visitor Processing Operations Center (VPOC) to get a temporary pass. The VPOC is located at Tulley Gate and open Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. For a one-day temporary pass, drivers must provide a valid state driver’s license, a current vehicle registration and state their business on the installation. For long-term passes, call the VPOC during weekday hours for information at (703) 806-4892. After Hours, Weekends and Holidays After hours and on weekends and holidays, visitors must also enter through Tulley Gate to receive a one-day pass * Directions to the AMC Headquarters at Fort Belvoir, VA From I-95 Traveling North:Take I-95 North to the Fort Belvoir/Mt. Vernon Exit (#161). Proceed north on Route 1/Richmond Highway for approximately 5 miles. Tulley Gate entrance to Ft. Belvoir is on your right. From I-95 Traveling South: Take I-95 South through the “mixing bowl” until you are past Springfield. Take exit #166 (Newington/Fort Belvoir exit) south on 7100 Franconia-Springfield Parkway. Travel southeast onto Fairfax County Parkway approximately 3 miles to Route 1/Richmond Highway. Turn left (north) onto Route 1 where you will immediately see the Tulley Gate entrance to your right. Follow instructions to AMC once through Tulley Gate. Directions to AMC from Tulley Gate: Follow Pohick Road through Tulley Gate and make a left at the second stop light onto Gunston Road. Continue on Gunston Road and make a right onto 5th Street. Parking: Limited visitor parking is available in the small lot between the two AMC buildings. Open parking is also available throughout the area. VIP parking must be coordinated with the AMC Protocol Office in advance Building 1: 9301 Chapek Road (entrance w/flags). Building 2: 9351 Hall Road
