ABOUT US Yayasan Dwi Phurie Amiluhur, or fondly known as the YDPA Foundation is a community based organization established on 8th of January 2003 to deliver humanitarian activities on Poverty Alleviation through Health Cover Program and Education Scholarship for disadvantage children in Bali and other regions in Indonesia. The YDPA Foundation champions values of partnership and independency through improving human resources and society based economy.   3. SCOPE OF WORKS Health Program • To increase the quality of children health by providing good nutrition and medical services. Student Scholarship To provide school fees and basic school equipment for disadvantage children in order to achieve minimum standard of education from pre-school, elementary to junior high school (5-15 years old), as well as vocational education (above 15 years old). FUNDING MECHANISM The YDPA Foundation establishes a system of integrated response with multi partners by creating marketing public relations activities, and also by receiving and distributing funding from various sources such as individual, associations and companies. Since the YDPA Foundation is also a donor agency, together the funding will be distributed to certain projects conducted by the YDPA Foundation’s partner agencies like NGOs or other institutions after project proposals have been reviewed and approved. The monitoring system and reports are provided by the YDPA Foundation to enable donors to oversee the progress of the funded project. Yayasan Dwi Phurie Amiluhur

SIMULATION BASIC HEALTH & EDUCATIONINTEGRATED MECHANISM Donor X = IDR 6.000.000.00/annum = *UK £ 375 Distribution Monthly for individual children: • Health = - Nutrition (milk and others) IDR 200,000.00/monthly - Basic Medical IDR 50,000.00/monthly • Education = school fee and books IDR 150,000.00/monthly • Insurance & Saving IDR 100,000.00/monthly Monthly Distribution Rp.500,000.00 =*UK£31.25 *Based on currency UK1 = IDR 16,000.00; All numbers are for simulation only; school fee and nutrition numbers are subject to change due to fee policy of the school and in accordance to price fluctuation.   8. PRINCIPLES OF HEALTH & EDUCATIONINTEGRATED MECHANISM • The YDPA Foundation only provides voucher that can in turn be exchanged for nutritional goods such as milk and rice. No voucher is refundable to cash. • The YDPA Foundation pays the tuition fees directly to school account. • The YDPA Foundation only makes available a basic out patient medical service. In case of in-patient necessities, the YDPA Foundation will consider to cover the whole cost on a case by case basis. The medical service is available through the YDPA Foundation medical networks. • The YDPA Foundation only avail the children with insurance and saving to the appointed financial institution that has humanitarian program in its corporate social responsibilities programs.
