  2. OBJETIVO GENERAL Examinar las variables que influyen en las técnicas de planificación de los sistemas de transporte público en el área metropolitana de Caracas con base a la Ley de Tránsito Terrestre y con la finalidad de determinar cuál es la relación entre dichas variables.

  3. OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS *Elaborar encuestas para obtener información de la opinión de las personas en cuanto a su experiencia con el uso del transporte público para determinar las variables cualitativas. *Realizar contos en distintos tipos de rutas de diferentes parroquias para determinar las variables cuantitativas.*Señalar las normas de planificación de sistemas de transporte público que establece la Ley de Tránsito Terrestre

METODOLOGÍA *DELIMITACIÓN DE LA ZONA: área metropolitana de caracas*se revisó expedientes de transportes relacionados a las variables cuantitativas del proyecto en el Instituto Nacional de Tránsito y Transporte Terrestre * Se dividió el proceso en dos etapas:- 1 etapa. Aplicar encuestas para obtener información de las variables cualitativas.-2 etapa. Estadísticas y análisis de variables cuantitativas* investigación mixta. * Tipo de investigación correlacional.
