  3. 1. Enter the Component Definitions using the Gradable Components Definition Form SHAGCOM.

  4. 2. Enter the correct Term and CRN for the course. Once you have entered the term and CRN the Subject and Course will be displayed. Press Ctrl + Page Down.

  5. 3. Enter GRADING for the Grade Scale and press Ctrl + pgdn.

  6. 4. Enter the Component Definitions and press F10 or click the save button to Save/Commit. (Note: always enter a description, this links the componenttoyou class roster for entering grades, also remember to change due date) After entering all components for that CRN, press Shift F7, enter your next CRN and repeat steps 1 - 4.

  7. Entering Grades in Electronic Grade Book

  8. 1. Connect to the following ATC web site www.athenstech.edu 2. Select Faculty/Staff

  9. 3. Select BannerWeb

  10. 2. Select Enter Secure Area

  11. Enter you User ID and PIN (your user id is your social security number and your pin is either your date of birth or the last 6-digit of your social security number) and click Login.

  12. 4. Select Faculty Services

  13. 5. Select Electronic Gradebook by Component

  14. 6. Select the correct Term and click Submit

  15. 7. Select the your first CRN to enter the grades and click submit

  16. 8. Select the correct component to enter grades (ex: Test 1) and this will link you to your class roster.

  17. 9. Enter the numeric grade for each student under the score and click submit.

  18. 10. After entering the grades for all students click the submit button. 11. To enter grades for the next component, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Gradable Components (or click Return to Gradable Components at the top of the screen) to take you back to the screen in step 8 and allow you to enter grades for the remaining components.

  19. 12. Once grades have been entered for all components of that CRN click Gradable Components and then click Return to Menu

  20. 13. Select Final Grades

  21. 14. Click the drop box with the student’s grade and select the correct work ethic grade to go along with the grade and submit. (Ex: if the student received an A for the class with a work ethic of 2, select A 2)

  22. 15. Select your next CRN by clicking CRN Selection

  23. 16. Select the next CRN and click Submit.

  24. 17. Repeat steps 8 to 13 until grades are entered for all courses.
