OEL - Agency Update Funding Formula Report • Must consider market rate, wage, salary, or cost of goods and services data by county • Must identify a minimum percentage of potentially eligible children served per county • Cannot use waiting list data • Is non-binding, i.e., the Legislature does not have to adopt or act upon it

Production Support • Resolved over 5,000 tickets since March 25, 2019. • Conducted 40+ on-site visits and webinars. • Upcoming: OEL IT Support Portal launch. Releases • Deployed nine releases since March 25, 2019. • Upcoming planned releases: R4.1.4 and R4.2.
