ExcellenceCenter (Auconel): Route of consolidation • 2001:Agreement with Fiat Auto for OE navigationsystems (NIT from Alfa 147 and itsevolutions) refurbishment in Warranty: Auconelachieves the ISO 9000 Certification. • 2007:Start-up out of Warrantyrepairprocessfor FGA and PSA OE navigationsystems, European Market; from 2012 implementation for Radionav. • 2012:Auconelachieves the ISO 9001:2008 Certification for activities of Reconditioning and repairing of infotelematics technology equipment, according to the MM E.S.OE technical requirements: activity started from September 2012 on RT4-5. All the activities are strictlymonitored from MM AM HDTS in order to comply with the Service Level Agreement requested from PSA: direct management of spareparts, courier, maintenance and continuousalignment with Chatellerault. 12.000 pcsfrom 2001 to 2005 3.000 pcsfrom 2007 to present 86 pcs up today (first twomonths)

ExcellenceCenter (Auconel): Skills • The continuousdialogue with I&T and R&D divisions, Magneti Marelli establishments of Venaria, Corbetta and Chatellerault, produces a constantalignment. • All technicians are highly trained and constantly updated. • Quality system is continually seeking to improve the internal flows. These characteristics make AUCONEL competitive andreliable.
Furtherprojects implemented during Year 2012 During the Year 2012 Auconel set new activities in telematics area, specifically for: • Daimler Trucks P.N.D. (Personal Navigation Device): 1. Test bench design and manufacturing for diagnosis in Warranty according to technical specifications agreed with Daimler and MM I&T R&D 2. FromSeptember 2012 starting of analysis on returned parts from the Field 40 products: tested & shipped up today 3. Integration of Auconel ICT management system with 8D Report standard • Telematic Box for: Allianz, Fiat L.A., OctoTelematics: 1. Test bench design and manufacturing for diagnosis in Warranty according to technical specifications agreed with Customers and MM I&T R&D 2. Integration of Auconel ICT management system with 8D Report standard 3. Startingof analysis on returned parts from the Field forecasted from January 2013 In order to manage precisely the in/out flows of these products, Auconel implemented an «internal website» that allows to report each test performed with data-images-videos, showed with an integrated standard. The activities are shared with MM AM HDTS, that systematically monitors the Service Quality through CRM dedicated (MIC).
ExcellenceCenter (Auconel): Quality AUCONEL has achieved the ISO 9000 and ISO 9001:2008 certifications. Consequently to the activities of PSA regeneration AUCONEL has adopted some aspects of ISO/TS 16949. Constantly supervised by internal Quality System and MagnetiMarelli Auditors. ExcellenceCenter (Auconel): Data Storage and traceability AUCONEL has implemented an internal web server that allows storing large amounts of data in very ease way for quickly consulting and post-processing. AUCONEL is now working for giving an internet data access, through a secure connection.
