  4. Se estima en 5,3 millones el número de hogares en el país que en la actualidad no están pudiendo lograr el cierre financiero para acceder a una vivienda (Hogares con ingreso mensual < 1,5 SML). De estos, 4,9 millones de hogares son pobres; y 1,2 millones están en condición de pobreza extrema, sin ninguna opción de acceso a una vivienda digna. INGRESOS Y ACCESO A LA VIVIENDA
