  2. P/S Testing Precautions • 1.Ensure pitot-heat switch off and CCT bkr pulled and collared in obvious way • 2. Ensure static heat switch off if equipped and as above • 3. Ensure drains are identified and ensure are in closed position, perhaps open drains and inspect for water • 4. Fit pitot adapter to pitot head and tape off and flag drain holes • Fit static adapter to side of a/c if fixture is available; with some a/c it is acceptable to tap into drain fitting.- Inspect static parts at this time for deformation / corrosion. Tape off and flag any unused static ports.
