  1. PERU TRIP Get your passport ready and join us on the Inca Trail to the top of Machu Picchu and watch the condor fly. Calverton is organizing a trip to Peru, home of the mysterious Incas. We will begin our journey in Lima, the capital of Peru, featuring pre-Hispanic, and the magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean. We will then travel to Cuzco, known as being the oldest city in the western hemisphere and the cradle of the ancient Inca civilization. Our next stop will be Machu Picchu, the star attraction of Peru. This amazing Inca citadel is 7,970 ft above sea level and is considered to be one of the greatest marvels created by man. We will end our excursion at Puno to explore the floating island of Lake Titicaca, birth place of the Incas and home of the Urosindians.
