  7. Partner E-Learning Connection • Click on Specialization and find SMB Specialization with learning map for Account Manager and Field Engineer

  8. Taking Online Exams—Cisco Online Testing Center • Go to Cisco Online Testing Center—www.pearsonvue.com/cisco/online • Create your account at: www.testrac.com/pvuecisco

  9. Taking Online Exams—Cisco Online Testing Center • The PearsonVUE Online Testing Site includes exams for SMB, SmartCare and Lifecycle Services. The SMB exams are those required for the SMB Specialization • If you have already have a Cisco testing ID – CSCO ID, please have it available. • Click on the site for the exam language of your choice.

Taking Online Exams—Cisco Online Testing Center • If you already have a CSCO ID, but not a TesTrac ID, click on “Lookup ID and PIN” • If you have not tested with Cisco before, you will need to “Create an Account” to get a TesTrac ID. • A CSCO ID will be issued upon completion of your first exam.

Taking Online Exams—Cisco Online Testing Center – Create An Account • Create your account at: www.testrac.com/pvuecisco • Fill out registration form and you will immediately receive an ID and Password • If you already have Cisco career certifications, e.g. CSE, CCNA please add your Cisco TestingID = CSCO #
