TOD Housing Program • Component of Governor’s Strategic Growth Plan • Funded by Proposition 1C, the Housing and Emergency Shelter Trust Fund Act of 2006 • Governed by Statue: Health & Safety Code Section 50560 et. seq.
Resources Available • $285 million total • $95 million per year for 3 years (planned) • FY 07/08 funds must be spent by 4/2012
