  7. Why DDACTS? • Increasing demands and limited resources • Conflicting/competing demands for service • Crime and crashes often occur in close proximity • Crimes often involve a motor vehicle • Vehicle stops can yield valuable intelligence

  8. Why DDACTS? “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” - Albert Einstein If crimes and crashes are not as low as you would want them to be, a fresh approach may be needed.

  9. Size Does Not Matter! DDACTS has been successfully implemented in a wide variety of agencies nationwide. Small, Medium and Large Urban, Suburban, Rural Jurisdictions Municipal Police, Sheriff’s Departments, College Police Departments
