SCORE System Changes 19-20 SCORE System • Bronze: Entry Level—0-59 Points -$2k funding cap • Ineligible to be a voting member of the Sport Club Council • White- Base Level – 60-109 points-$5k funding cap • Blue- Average Level – 110-144 points-$8k funding cap • Gold: Above Average Level—145-179 Points - $12k funding cap • Emerald- Outstanding Level – 180+ points-No funding cap

  6. PRs/Reimbursement Changes • PR’s now require substitute W9 • Reimbursements can only go to individuals, not club off-campus accounts

  7. Coaches/Volunteer Changes • No longer need to complete background checks • UNLESS, you require them to • New process: Fill out coaches/volunteer form on Eagle Link, we follow up with info

  8. Risk Management • Team Safety and health • CPR/First Aid Certifications • We do require a minimum number of students and/or coaches to be CPR/AED/First Aid Certified • Clubs that are Level 3 and 4 also require imPACT Concussion testing • Managing an Injury, any injury • Remove the athlete from play • Keep the athlete out the play until a *qualified physician* gives written clearance

  11. For Level 3 and Level 4 Clubs… IMPACT Test Dates Members are not allowed to participate in club activities until they are concussion tested • Aug 28, Aug 29, Sep 4, Sep 5, Sep 9 • 7:30-8:30pm • Rooms TBA • Required for all members who have not been tested for Level 3 and 4 sports
