Pink Team Purpose • Review of storyboards, mockups and written sections • Review team answers the following questions: • Do the proposal volume outlines adequately and completely respond to the requirements of the RFP (use the Compliance Matrix/Outline)? • Do the graphics, figures, and tables send the right message? • Are the section outlines responsive to the requirements? • Are the written sections clear, concise and responsive? • Do the themes tell the reader why they should select us? • Have we provided the right message in the proposal? • Can the writers progress to the next stage?

Date: Friday, 6/22/07 Time: 1400 -1700 EST Location: A Street Who (Reviewers): Joe Smith (Lead) Sarah Douglas Proposal storyboard mockups will be posted on foam mounting board in the A Street office Comments Post-it notes will be used for pink team comments Debrief E-mail comments to the proposal manager Debrief writers during/after review Pink Team Conduct
