  7. What Do Respondents Want • ICT - More than 15% of respondents wanted ICT • Vocational courses 15- 20% • Languages ( approx. 10%) – Significant demand includes Makaton and sign language • Hobby related courses – just over 10% • Consistent small demand counsellingskills

  8. What are The Barriers? • Time or other commitments • Finance • Age • Course availability

  9. What Help is needed • Finance including childcare • Local courses

  10. 46 individuals indicated a willingness to be contacted about the Community Learning Trust with 161 needing more in formation

  11. Organisations • 100 Organisations responded across the County

  12. What Do Groups want • Group responses were generally about upskilling – only 2 responses mentioned hobbies • Demand for health and safety – Food hygiene, health and safety, risk assessment, first aid etcetc • Approx 10% of organisations responding to this question mentioned ICT
