  2. Step 1- Go to Settings and select print & Scan

  3. Click on the Plus sign

  4. Fill in the information

  5. Final step • When it says enter your printer info here on previous screen, you will add web-prn and your printer name. Be sure to list info under printer name instead of IP address. (EX: Color in library is web-prn10-02) A list of printers is on the shared drive under technology, printers, and Webb Printer Inventory updated 2012. If your printer is not listed, it is hopefully being added but in the mean time, use the list and choose another printer close to you or choose the one in the office. Then choose continue and ok to finalize your printer settings.
