  6. Event Rates • Ensure a single student can have only one event in a single year: • Dropout / Graduate • Program enrollment • Gifted • Career & Technical Education • Early College Scholars

  7. Cohort Reports • Graduates (On-Time) • Dropouts • Still Enrolled Students • Completers

  8. AYP & other Assessment Reports • Ensure a student is only tested once • Ensure state-wide assessment rules are followed
