  6. ERGONOMICSis important To fulfill PRODUCTIVITYand physical HEALTHin our life. Did you ever think that is WRONG ?? Even though you feel comfortable of it

  7. RIGHTandWRONGPOSTURES of using computer

  8. Do not sit in a rigid and stiff manner. When you using the computer for a long period of time , you should take a rest when you feel tired . Change your postures frequently.

  9. Avoid place your wrists on the keyboard. Make sure place your wrists in the appropriate situation. So can avoid pressure on the wrists.

  10. Sit in the correct way when using computer.

  11. Place your shoulder in a proper manner.

  12. Ensure that when you using the computer, the source of your lighting is bright enough. Don’t using the computer in the poor lighting condition.

  13. Make sure your sitting postures to allow your eyes to be at a comfortable level , not too far or too near to the screen

WRONG POSTURE WILL AFFECT YOUR PHYSICAL HEALTH Repetitive Stress Injuries (RSI) Back Pain Can occur due to prolonged use of hand, causing a number of symptoms such as pain, burning, numbness and weakness. Can happen when u sit on a chair for a long period of time. It may also have worsened an existing back or neck problem.

  18. Eye Strain Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) Can also become strained when you work in a place with bad lighting conditions, a lot of glare or with a flickering screen. Impairments of bodily structures such as muscles, joints, ligaments, nerves and the localized blood circulation system that are caused by work and environment.
