What are we learning?Challenges • Identification of multiple measures of teacher and leader competencies • Developing training the for tools and processes involved in educator evaluation systems • Piloting educator evaluation systems to inform how to take the systems to scale • Integrating evaluation systems with job-embedded, professional learning aligned with student and educator standards • Reviewing our systems of educator preparation for the purposes of alignment
