  3. Overview • Stealth Messenger is an exciting new chat application that puts your privacy and security first. • Stealth offers a unique value compared to other similar applications. Unlike other apps such as WhatsApp, Stealth does not save any information about your messages, pictures or phonebook on the server. Stealth keeps your information secure on the screen using its patented secure screen encryption technology. Stealth scrambles all messages and pictures using peer to peer encryption technology so that nobody can read your information. • What makes Stealth different to other Messaging applications?   4. Getting Started Go to http://www.stealth.im/get (it will redirect you to the Google Play store) or type the keyword "Stealth" or "Stealth Chat" or "Stealth Messenger“ in the Google Play Store. Download, install Stealth, open and run the application. Click "Register“, enter your phone number for your mobile phone and wait until the verification process is complete. 1 2 Note:If you have already registered Stealth using the same number on the same phone then the verification process will only take 2 seconds.

  5. Setup your Profile 1 Click “Add Avatar Here” to select your profile picture. A list of images from your device will be displayed - choose one to select as your profile picture. Next, type your name and click "Save". Remember, Stealth requires that you to set your name before continuing to the next step. 2

  6. How to Setup your Picture Lock Setup your Picture Lock Click on the “Choose Picture” button. You can choose a picture from your gallery or from another source on your device to use as the picture lock . Edit the picture by cropping or rotating, then “Save” it. Next, pick one point on the picture to set it as your Unlock point. Click “OK” to confirm. 1 2 Note:“Reset Unlock Point” will reset your picture unlock point. Clicking this button will get you to setup your picture lock again.

  7. How to Setup your Password Setup your Password The “Password” should be at least 4 characters. It can be any combination of letters, numbers and/or symbols. Create a password that is easy to remember and to type. Re-type the password to confirm. Tap the eye symbol in the right side of the field to make sure that you have type the right password. Click “Finish” . 1 2 Note:In case if you forget your picture Unlock, password will be used to reset picture lock, make sure you always remember it.

  8. How to Unlock Stealth Encrypted Screen Decrypted Screen Note: Read and follow the instruction, because it won’t pop-up again once you succeed to unlock. The screen lock time-out default are 1 minute, however you can change it on settings.

  10. Basic Use Chatting with Stealth Start a new chat. Choose one of your friends or type part of your friends name in search field to find them on your friends list. After that, type your message in the text box and click on the envelope icon to send the message. Send them a lots of cute emoticon and Stickers by tapping on the Smile button next to the text box. 1 2 3

  11. How to Burn your Message Start a confidential chat using the “Burn feature”.Need more privacy for your secrets? Just tap on the icon on the top right of your chat screen to activate the burn timer. Choose the burn time from 1, 5, 10 and 30 minutes or 1, 12 and 24 hours. The burn timer starts when the recipient reads the message. Once the message has been burned, there is no way to get it back! 1 2

  12. Basic Use Send Picture Click on the “+” icon on the active chat screen. Choose a picture from the Gallery or take a new picture using the camera. You can also take a picture using a third party app. Pictures sent by stealth are download proof and screenshot proof. However you can still view them in the full screen. If you delete your chat session you cannot get the picture back. 1 2 3

  13. Basic Use Open New Chat When you received a new message Stealth will show a notification in the Chats screen. A notification will also appear above the text box if you receive a new message when you are reading earlier messages in the active chat.

  14. Basic Use End Chat 1 Click the “X” symbol on the top right corner of chat screen to end or clear the current chat conversation. Choose “No” to cancel or choose “Yes” to end the chat. 2

  15. Basic Use Invite friends Stealth automatically synchronizes your friends, so that when your friend installs Stealth they will automatically be added to your list of contacts. If your friend is using Stealth but is not in your phonebook, you can add them manually. Click “Add Friends” icon on the top right of corner in friend list page. Input your friend’s phone number and tap “Search”. If your friend is using Stealth then it will suggest that you to save the number as a contact. Otherwise you can send your friend an invitation to start to use Stealth. To add friends from the Phonebook, tap on your friends name that you want to invite directly. Chose “Invite” then “Yes” to continue or click “Cancel” if you don’t want to proceed. 1 2 3 4 Attention: The invitation is sent by SMS and may incur additional charges.

  16. Privacy Settings Delete Friend in Stealth Stealth is really concerned about your privacy. That’s why Stealth puts all of the control into your hands. Stealth provides many privacy settings so that you can choose to delete, block or unblock annoying people at anytime. Press and hold on the friend that you want to delete or block. Choose “Delete” when you see pop-up option. Choose “Ok” to continue, or choose “Cancel” to go back to Friends List. The Delete Friends function helps you to erase unwanted contacts from your Friends List. 1 2 3

  17. Privacy Settings Block Friend in Stealth Use Block Friend if you don’t want to receive chat or anything from a particular Friend. You can “Unblock” anytime you want. Note: Important to know: After blocking a friend you will never get new chat from them and your history chat with them will be automatically gone.

  18. Update Your Profile and Status Update Profile and Personal Message You can change your profile name and profile picture and you can also update your status on your Stealth profile at any time. Just click on your profile picture on the top left corner of the screen. The edit profile screen will appear you can type a new name. Click on the avatar to choose a new profile picture from your gallery or camera. Tap “Save” to finish. The “Personal Message” helps you to express your feeling. Just enter whatever is on your mind! Click “Save” and your new status will be displayed on for your Stealth friends. 1 2 3 4

  19. Option Call Call Friend on Stealth You can call your friends from inside Stealth, so you don’t have to go to your phonebook. Hold and press long on your friend name. Choose “Call” option. (this will charge you regular phone tariff). 1 2 Note:VoIP on Stealth will be available soon!!!

  20. Share and Invite friends to use Stealth Share Stealth Send an invitation and let your friends know that Stealth is a free private and secure peer-to-peer encrypted chatapplication. Share Stealth by clicking on the MENU button and then choose “Share”. You can share Stealth via any media such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, email or any other app installed on your device. 1 2
