  2. Why should we recycle? • There is too much waste thrown away by people. • All these waste end up in a landfill, burned or end up poisoning our environment. • We are running out of space!

  3. Why should we recycle? • When we recycle, we do not waste. • Instead we use items that are meant to be thrown away as other things. • This way, we help lessen the waste poisoning our planet.

  4. What can we do as Eco-Artists? • Instead of throwing away everyday items like boxes and cans, we can use them to make ART!

  5. Your Eco-Art Project: Milk Carton Pencil Holder! You will need: Scissors Milk carton Glue Old magazines

  6. Your Eco-Art Project: Milk Carton Pencil Holder! Use a ruler to draw a straight line across the top half of the milk carton.

  7. Your Eco-Art Project: Milk Carton Pencil Holder! Cut along the drawn line on the milk carton.

  8. Your Eco-Art Project: Milk Carton Pencil Holder! Cut out colourful pages from old magazines and paste it on your milk carton.

  9. Your Eco-Art Project: Milk Carton Pencil Holder! You can use your milk carton as a beautiful pencil holder!
