  3. Warm up exercise is very essential in our day to day life. Doing warm-upexercise on a regular basis before the workout is necessary. This is because it boosts the rate of the heartbeat, increase the blood circulation to the tendons, muscles as well as ligaments and not only that, warm-up exercise also builds up your mental health.

  4. Why warm-up exercise is necessary? Warm-up exercise not only helps in loosening the muscles of the body but also helps in maintaining the flexibility of the joints. It helps in circulating the fluid movements of the joints as well as the ligaments. Before starting regular exercise we need to do warm-ups for about 5-8 minutes
