Youthcare Flevoland

The Department of Social Planning in Flevoland, Netherlands, is working towards organizing youth care in an efficient and client-oriented way. They aim to reduce waiting lists, outplacement in residential care, and balance costs and effects. They are restructuring the organization of youth care and strengthening the chain of care through intersectoral cooperation. The department also focuses on connecting partners in youth care, promoting youth participation, and using diagnostics and ICT systems for efficient processes.
