Sample Itinerary - Maekok River • Outdoor Education Center • DAY 1 • AM Team Challenges • PM Raft Building (The teams must build themselves a raft using bamboo poles, rope and rubber rings and navigate it down the river). • EVE: Community Service preparation • DAY 2 • ALL DAY: Community Service Project. • EVE: Games. High ropes course • DAY 3 • ALL DAY: Community Service Project. • Return for a late afternoon cooking course • EVE: Confidence course – across the low beams. • DAY 4 • AM: Climbing and archery. • PM: Hike through the mountains and to Wat Thaton with is spectacular views and impressive temple complex.
Community & Service The trip incorporates a 2 day art-based community service activity Students will be involved in planning, designing and painting a mural Not just for ‘artists’ Leadership opportunities for students interested in community arts Mural/mosaic in a local school ?
Approximate cost HK $ 12,000 inclusive of all flights, meals, accommodation, activities & materials for community service project
