System & Network Requirements • System: • Any Web Browser • Adobe Flash Player v9.0 or above • Network: • Stable Access to the Internet • Outbound (TCP) Access to Remote Ports 80, 843, 4000 & 61613 • Telephone: • A Normal (PSTN) Telephone Line • A Direct Dial Number (TeleDialer connects to users by calling their telephone number, TeleDialer will not work if you must dial an extension to reach a specific user) • NO VoIP setup is required.
Telephone Lines & TeleDialer • TeleDialer works with your existing phone • Unless you pay for incoming calls (ie, like a cell phone) there are NO telecom related charges to using our service • The Calling Process • User Signs In to Web Interface & Clicks to Initiate Call • Our Phones Call the User/Agent (using the number setup in his/her Settings) • User answers telephone call & hears a “Hello Hunter” Greeting • Our Phones Initiate a Call to the Prospective Contact(s) • When a Prospective Contact is Located, Our Phone System Connects the User/Agent & Contact Together • When the Prospective Contact hangs-up or User/Agent Disconnects the Call (via the web interface), User/Agent hears a “User Disconnected” message • User/Agent initiates another call via the Web Interface (there is no need for the User/Agent to Hang-up, the existing call is connected to the new call).
How Contacts are Arranged TeleDialer organizes a User/Agents contacts into 6 basic categories To Call: Contacts in this category have yet to be called, or need to be called again. Most calling & predicative dialing will be done from this category. Inbox: This category is for Contacts assigned to you by other Users or the Administrator. From this category, a User/Agent can move the contact to his/her “To Call” list Scheduled: When a follow-up call is scheduled with a Contact, the contact is automatically moved to this category. Contacts will not be called by the Auto/Predictive Dialer (only direct dialed calls) Goal: This category is for qualified leads. Contacts will not be called by the Auto/Predictive Dialer (only direct dialed calls) Dead: Contacts who are Not Interested should be placed here Inactive: Contacts where the Information is incorrect (ie, wrong phone number) should be placed here.

Lets Get Started! • *Be Sure to Watch the TeleDialerScreencast for a Video Introduction* • Sign-in at http://teledialer.hellohunter.com with your email address & password • Add Users, Setup Custom Fields • Import contacts, first by downloading your custom template, then modifying it in Microsoft Excel with your contacts, then uploading it to our system • Please, please, please… • Send bug reports or feature enhancements to matt@hellohunter.com • It helps, if you can provide the Error Message, and Specific Steps done to Reproduce the Error.
