  2. Cas Clinique Néonatologie • Nné HOUACHMI fille né le 21/11/2013 à Clinique Ghandi à Casablanca . • Césarienne 32 SA et 1/2 • Poids : 1930 g

  3. Cas Clinique Néonatologie • Diagnostic échographique à 29 SA 1 ère consultation anténatale: hydramnios très important • Suspicion atrésie duodénale (Dr LAZRAK Rachid ) • Amniocentèse : CerbaFrance • FISH test normal culture cellulaire en attente. • (Fluorescent In Situ Hybridization test)

  4. Cas Clinique Néonatologie • Cyanose modérée • Bradypnée , hypoxie • Microcéphalie • Hypotonie • Orientation anti mongoloïde fentes palpébrales .

  5. Cas Clinique Néonatologie • ABSTENTION THERAPEUTIQUE à la demande des parents .(après résultats définitifs caryotype) • TRANSFERT en milieu chirurgical pédiatrique annulé . • Décès naturel au bout de quelques heures .

  6. PRESENTATION • MALADIE DU CRI DU CHAT • Très rare 1/50 000 • Décrite par Lejeune et all. 1963 • Cri particulier : anomalies laryngée «larynx rustique » • Dysmorphie : microcéphalie épicanthus hypertélorisme • Cardiopathies : 25 % • Ailes iliaques rectangulaires • Retard mental sévère constant

  7. CONCLUSION • Maladie rare • La plupart du temps sporadique • Diagnostic facile • Peu létale • Retard mental +++ • Problèmes éthiques : profonde solitude du néonatologiste marocain.
