Audit Certificates, Project Funding Audit Certificates- Year 1 • Audits were necessary for the first year • After review, several of the financial documents were asked to be corrected • We fell victim to some simple errors • put the stamp inside the box • Typos in the text • There were some more significant changes requested • Modifications and negotiations too much longer than expected. Audit Certificates, Project Funding Audit Certificates- Year 2 • Audits for second year will be requested from largest (spending) partners: • JIVE • UNIMAN • MPG • TKK • ASTRON • INAF • PSNC • IMPORTANT: a cumulative audit is still required at the end of the project from every partner. Deliverables • EXPReS wiki • http://www.jive.nl/dokuwiki/doku.php/expres:management:deliverables2 • Note, there are lots of deliverables; it is a big list and there are many items on there that are not easy to understand • If your institution’s name is associated with a deliverable, ask the activity leader for additional information or guidance • We are running a ~3 months “behind” schedule • 50% is because I am late updating the table • 50% is because people are late telling me • 50% is due to the slow start To edit this and date: View -> Headers

Distribution- “issues” • We have still not received second period funding • It should be “soon” • There will be some shifting of funds between partners, primarily moving small sums between institutes that are not able to spend (for a variety of reasons) to other institutes who are in need of more money • If you are in either position, let us know IMMEDIATELY To edit this and date: View -> Headers

Changes to DOW • Should happen now • items such as: • Movement of money between partners • Change of personnel (specifically, in the management team) • Late deliverables • Changes should be discussed from partners up through activity leader.
