Fort Benning Contract Compensation • Opportunities for approximately 500 personnel • Hourly personnel will receive wages that comply with the Department of Labor Wage Determination • Consistent with work location • Additional benefits allocation of approximately $2.15 per hour • Hourly wages, based on position, available in packets and on website • 10 paid holidays • Vacation • One week during first year (accrued during year) • Two weeks after first full year of employment • Contract does not include Sick Leave • Additional compensation for Supervisors, Leads and Shift workers
